Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Commercial Excellence, you will support FP&A process for the Americas region as well as partner with all three markets within the region to provide a seamless and consistent approach to aligning the overall objectives of the Americas region to our core growth pillars. This role will work directly with the commercial teams within each market to tell the performance story for the Americas as well as market specific performance. Facilitate the Budget, Forecasting, Outlook, Ranging and 5-year planning process for the Americas. Facilitate Execution - Planning, Pricing & Strategy Coordinate between Commercial Demand and Category Teams Identify the risk and opportunities and gap solve propositions. Partner with Group Finance to align on guidance, deliverables and assumptions around reporting and planning best practices. Maintain and distribute monthly cadence/planning calendar for markets and ensure alignment. Provide insight on business health by market by highlighting financial performance analysis. Ad-hoc Analysis. You will be located in downtown Toronto, just a few blocks from the CN Tower and steps away from some of the world's best venues, restaurants, shops, and the underground path. Has a university degree, with a finance or accounting concentration Has 4+ years' of solid experience in financial analysis and business partnering with marketing and / or sales departments in a CPG or Technology company.
